Ruth, turned over his official duties to
Cmdr. Timothy Kuehhas Tuesday.
Kuehhas praised Lincoln’s performance
in the shipyard and dedication to
the overhaul mission, and looks forward
to returning to Everett, Wash., the ship’s
homeport, recognizing what it will take
